Introduction Text I am a 72 year old gal that loves the Lord and wants to get healthier by making wiser food choices and doing more exercise. I love to read,listen to music dance along with it and be with my very large family!

To get back in a size 10 again! To exercise in some form everyday making it fun and exciting! Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day!

My DH and I with our cat live in Wilmington,DE. I love to garden, read,listen to music and dance, oh how I love to dance. Bless with a wonderful husband who also dances so we have a good time"cutting the rug"! LOL.

Married for 52 years to a great guy ,have three children and five grandchildren. I love to read,listen to music, dance and be with my family and one fuzzy kid cat Max. I love the Lord and thank God every day for my many blessings.
