Paula ready for Spring
Life has really changed for me. I am now very greatful to be alive and enjoy being with my family. Jake my eldest son was born with Spina Bifida and he required a 2nd untethering of his spine. We met a tons of families in need of love and just hanging on to their faith in God. We are blessed to be healthy!
I have changed my family eating style to vegan. This came about when my dh, whom is on high blood pressure rx (159/100~with meds) was given kidney rx too. I thought no way am I ...

We met a tons of families in need of love and just hanging on to their faith in God. We are blessed to be healthy!

I thought no way am I going to cook foods that cause this...so we now eat the Eat To Live diet. Yep, beans, salads, soups and more home cooked meals...it requires tons of planning for me. Gone are the days of easy chicken, veg, and starch days!
