Ten teams participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

Might I suggest if you are going to weigh yourself every day that on one day each week you add all your weights up, divide by 7, and then that is your trending weight for the week. Then you weigh but disregard your weight, until your average day, and then you see what the trend is week to week. That way daily successes and disappointments don't derail you.
