Introduction Text I want a simple life. I want to help others, support my friends, make my children proud, teach my children well, and what I want in return is to be loved, thought of, respected and have friends that accept me for who I am, will laugh with me until we both cry or pee our pants, and will always be honest with me. My life has changed a lot since I first started Spark. I have plenty of blogs that go through all of that. My Sparking is not as 24/7 as it used to be. I don't track my food or exercise....heck I don't even weigh myself. I eat healthy, but I enjoy my treats and as long as the jeans I want to fit into fit.....I'm happy. I'm not going to sweat the numbers, they don't matter. I feel great! I like how I look in clothes and I try to keep a positive attitude. That's really all that matters!! melissa

Originally from the far NW suburbs of Chicago, I've been living in sunny Arizona for 19 yrs now. I have a great hubby, 3 teenage girls, an Australian Shepherd, and a rottweiler/shepherd/pit mix puppy.

I've spent the last 27 yrs battling digestive issues...bloating, swelling, gas, diarhhea etc. FINALLY, I have it pretty much under control after learning about my food intolerances and changing my eating to let my body heal and eliminating those foods that still are not tolerated. It's been difficult & frustrating but it is worth it if I feel better! AND I have the most amazing husband that has supported me when I whine and have melt downs because I miss eating the foods I love.

I only need money to pay the bills. I don't want STUFF. STUFF doesn't bring me happiness it just clutters my life. Love fills the holes and makes me complete.
