Introduction Text Hi. I'm Kathy and I AM a foodaholic! I finally admitted it to myself and am finding a way to take control of my life and live my best life NOW. I am done waiting for tomorrow to feel better, to be better and to look better. I have made a promise to myself to be the best I can possibly be and I am the only one that has the ability and authority to see that I keep that promise. I am worth the effort and I deserve to feel good, look good and be happy. God doesn't make junk. He told me I was worth dying for, so I should feel I am worth living for; And do it to the best of my ability. Life is awesome. My primary goal is to get some of this unhealthy weight off so I can fit back into my clothes and to feel not only physically good, but mentally good also.

I'm a vegan but don't necessarily have a program as yet. I know I eat way too many fats & sugars, so I am going to try to eliminate as many of those as I can to start & see where it goes from there.

As I said, I'm vegan and also a Christian. I'm an avid animal lover and I live in the country w/my hubby of 30 + yrs, 1 dog & 3 cats. I work at a very sedentary job as a typist - which I hate, I love doing genealogy, writing books and poetry and watching movies on a rainy afternoon.

I'm also a carboholic, junk food junkie & chronic muncher.
