There are two things that motivate me to continue with getting fit and healthy:
1) A friend of mine was sharing with me that she HATES going to gym, but doesn't want end up like her 70 year old mother, who can longer walk on the beach. That really struck me. I LOVE the ocean, and 'I thought how sad. It would be terrible, if I could no longer feel the ocean spray on my face and the sand under my feet!'
2) I an a photography enthusiasts. I love to hike and take photos of nature. The more fit I am, the more challenging hikes I can take. Photographing nature really has been a method for me to get touch with gratitude, and to be in the moment.
