My name is Susie and I have seven children and nine grandchildren. I work at a college and attend there as well. I love to read, write, sew, quilt, dance, sing (badly) and laugh.
I just want to do those things in a smaller, healthier body. I am working on setting a schedule to make sure I have time for all the things I want to do including exercise.

My long term goal is to be back in shape, lose 50 pounds. My short-term goals include losing 7 pounds by May 4th.
My Program:
My goal is to lose 8 pounds by May 4th. I am walking during my lunch and break at work and using the treadmill at least 3 nights a week at the gym. By next week, I will change the treadmill in for the Zumba class to burn even more calories!
