Life Has A Reset Button


My name is Heather, and over the years, I would try every stupid diet known to humankind and of course gain and lose a few pounds. Last summer I decided it was time for a change I started making better choices and eating more calories because I was undereating. I also started taking note of my food allergies and stopped eating gluten.

I have lost 30 pounds before getting serious with my re-commitment to Sparkpeople. My goal is to lose 50 more.

I am a veteran. I am currently in treatment for my PTSD and trying to find the new me. Self-care has become my number one priority.

I work out as often as I can, and I have stopped feeling guilty.

    Thanks for your comment on my blog today. I don't think people think about what happens when those balloons are out of sight. My mom wonders why I'm so wary of balloons, they're just a piece of plastic flotsam and so dangerous!
