I took the title from a blog of one of my Spark Friends (nitafromct) as a reminder that in each life, one must have both of these to grow!
I re-discovered SP end of February and am totally loving it! This time around, not only am I more motivated and knowledgeable but have made a lot of friends to help me along the way! Now, I don't ask myself if I will succeed or not but when will it happen because I know that it will happen!

1 - Losing weight is the big one for me :-)
2 - Full of energy throughout the day
3 - Reduce or eliminate hypertension
4 - Make new friends
My Program:
- Walking on home treadmill
- Watching what I eat by using the Food Tracker
- Reduce amount of carbs in my food plan
- Family membership at the gym - cardio / strength training
Personal Information:
Husband had triple bypass 2 years ago and my daughter seems to have inherited his high cholesterol. Thankfully my teenage son did not get those genes!
