Birthday Gift to Myself
Long story short I just turned 38 and after three pregnancies, a bout of depression and now at an all-time high of 217 pounds I'm so ready to move on! I've realized that it's not selfish to want to look and feel better. I want to be the best wife and mother I can be. I want to be confident in myself again... and by the time I hit 40 I want to look and feel as good as I did when I was in my 20s.

I've realized that it's not selfish to want to look and feel better. I want to be the best wife and mother I can be. Lose at least 5 pounds by my hubby's Bday (May 28th)
Lose a total of 50 pounds by my Bday (Dec 14th)
BE CONSISTENT! and don`t give up on myself so easily
My Program:
- watch what I eat
- no munching at night
- get on my ellipical or walk outside 3 times a week
- spend more time outside with the kids
