Hi everyone I am back. Been along long time. I am doing OK. January 2014 I had Gastric Bypass Surgery.have lost 105 lbs. I am no longer a diabetic, or have high blood pressure or have sleep apnea. ALL GONE time. I also got married in Sept 2014. . I hope to rekindle friendships I have had here in the past. I have gained back 25 of what I lost and really need to get the pounds off. I know what to do just need some support.
