Things have changed and stayed the same
Hi! Welcome to my page. I have been away for a while. I would say that while I was away everything was dandy. But that would be a lie. Just a lot of change and more change coming down the pike. I have put on my gloves and I am fighting back, but not in the same way I would have done say several years ago. My goal is to try each day. No thing is too small. My goal is progress...from where I used to be...and to stop being so ******* hard on myself.

My Goals:
I am taking it one day at a time and bit by bit. I am sticking to my meal plan and getting some exercise in. My goal is to be healthy. I don't have a set # that I would like to get to. I am striving for balance and to find that inner peace.
my favorite quote:
"Progress not perfection"
My Program:
I track my food on my phone and work to keep my protein intake up. As before, my plan typically did not have a strong protein presence. I am working with a nutritionist. I have a goal that I only eat out no more than 3 times a month.
Exercise: Just plain slow in this area. I am meeting my goal of taking my dog outside of his normal potty breaks on a really long walk 3 times a week.
The gym.... is another story. I joined a gym that was closer to my place and much cheaper. I am working on this.

I have checked the fitbit forum. Everyone who uses a mac computer is having the exact same problem. Fitbit has no answer.
