Introduction Text Sept 2007: I met my goal - 130lbs! I am so happy that I am just going to bask in the satisfaction of knowing that I could do it. I fit into a size 6 and some size 4's now!! I don't think that I have been this size since high school. There were times when I thought I might never get here but here I am. Now my next goal is to maintain this long term. Update - November 2008: Overall I have been maintaining my weight fairly well but I have fallen off track a little and gained a few pounds again. So, now I want to lose 10 pounds which will take me to 5 pounds less than my original goal weight. Here we go again.

New goals: 1. maintain the weight that I have lost. 2. continue tracking food and exercise 3. work out at least 3 days a week 4. buy more new clothes that actually fit

This website has been great so far. There is tons of info to help me get to where I want to be. To maintain I will: 1. continue exercising regularly with a focus on toning my body not just fat burning. 2. continue to track my food and exercise
