Hi there! My name is Shannon, and I'm in my mid-late 20s. I perform (sing and act) professionally, but there are so many things I would like to do with my life. Hi there! My name is Shannon, and I'm in my mid-late 20s. I perform (sing and act) professionally, but there are so many things I would like to do with my life. I have struggled with yo-yo dieting and weight gain/loss for many years. I had success with Weight Watchers a few years back and went from 143 lbs to 126 lbs in 8 weeks. Unfortunately, I gained back a lot of what I lost and have been struggling to get back there (and beyond) ever since. I would like to get the weight off this time (for good!) in a healthier way that is more of a lifestyle change than a "diet". I plan to frequent group fitness classes at my gym, continue to adopt a healthy, (mostly) vegan diet, make wise choices (food and otherwise) in social settings, and work towards the BEST ME POSSIBLE!
I plan to use this page as accountability in achieving my goals and maintaining my motivation to succeed. I know it's not going to be easy, so encouragement and feedback is always welcome :) Thanks for stopping by!
