I've come a long way in this weight loss journey, and it's hasn't always been easy. I'm so grateful for the help and encouragement I have received from Spark friends! Without that encouragement, I wouldn't be where I am now.

Having regained about 80 lbs. I'm at a point where I need to focus on myself again. I don't want to keep gaining. I need to make lists every day of what my goals are. No exceptions! No excuses!

Other's are doing it. So can I! Motivation is key! Time to find it, where ever I can!

Daily Positive Affirmations:

For me, dieting is "Permanent": I am NOT naturally thin. I must be eternally vigilant and avoid the temptations that I can't resist.

No amount of food would "EVER" be enough food. I'm "Just as Hungry" 80, 90, or 100 pounds (Or More) Overweight as when I stick to my goal weight.

"You have to find something that you love enough to be able to take risks, jump over the hurdles and break through the brick walls that are always going to be placed in front of you. If you don't have that kind of feeling for what it is you are doing, you'll stop at the first giant hurdle."

Hey Just wanted to stop by and say hi!! Hope you have a great day and a wonderful week!!! emoticon We can reverse years of damage to our bodies by deciding to raise our standards for ourselves, then living differently. Old wounds heal, injuries repair, and the whole system improves with just a few changes in what we put into our bodies and how we move them. emoticon

Thank you for your comment on my blog. Your advise is a confirmation to me because I have been working on stretching more than ever over the last week or so. Some good news is that I have covered 4 miles on the track in two days. I ran two miles and walked two. I was skeptical about doing it but my feet and legs seem like they are recovering faster and tonight I feel great. I have a tendency to push myself when I'm motivated and sometimes too much. I will try to back off in areas of concern. Thanks again for your support. I sincerely hope you are successful in reaching all your goals.
