On the road to a new me
I made a New Year's Eve Resolution to loose weight and to get into a size 14. I was in a size 20. I started by cutting back on my portion size and those "second-helpings" of food. I started loosing weight. Then I began having gallbaldder problems and cound not eat anything without being in pain. It got to the point where I did not feel hungry and that eating small portions of food every 3-4 hours helped keep me satifited and the weight started coming off. I recently had to have the ...

I started loosing weight. Then I began having gallbaldder problems and cound not eat anything without being in pain. It got to the point where I did not feel hungry and that eating small portions of food every 3-4 hours helped keep me satifited and the weight started coming off. I recently had to have the gallbaldder removed and need to be on a low-fat diet. I have lost 10 lbs so far and I am down to a size 16. I am more positive about reaching my first goal of getting into a size 14 and I am even thinking of trying for a size 12.
