have got to lose weight or else. I am the heavy grandma on the right side. My daughter Therese is joining me here at sparkpeople and we are going to have a great time together in the future. This is my first time on the ocean. We had a great trip and parasailing was awesome.

Fitness Minutes: 96

My Goals:
My goals are to quit worrying and start living again. Sitting alone at home with my fat and injuries is no longer acceptable.

My Program:
 Lose my 130 pounds and move to the coast. My program at sparkpeople is to lose that weight with a vitamin a day, exercise and low calorie foods. I started a few days ago and my fat pants are falling off. I constantly have to pull them up. I know success is around the corner.


Personal Information:
my name is Sheila and i am a loving grandma of 7 wonderful grandchildren and 1 cutie pie little great grandson. They love me bunches too and we really enjoy each other. They are my friends. Love my children too !!!

Other Information:
 I like online games i play with my grandchildren like runescape and others at aol. I love movies and music and being with my family

    You are such an inspiration. When you FMS and CFS, motivation is difficult to find. You have convinced me that if you can be tough and gut it out on the exercise at 60, then I certainly have no excuse at 44. Thanks for the encouragement!!
