You can do the 5 lbs. Small goals are good. Last month put me on a 5 lb loss before went to visit my son. Well, only did 3 lbs but has stayed off and still had a good visit. Yes, motivation is my pitfall... Have lost to my goal of 144 before, but each hear the goal seems farther away. Have not gained anymore, but the age and aches do. Stay strong. 636 days ago
