Introduction Text Hello everyone. Story of my life.... Lost 100+ pounds doing low carb about 6 times over the last 25+ years. But I always was a little bit better at regaining all, and then some, of what I had lost. Most recent, Dec 2014 - 425 lbs - lost 60 lbs Dec 2015 - back to 425 lbs - lost 125.5 lbs Dec 2018 - back at 425 lbs - starting off again...lost 85 lbs - re-gained 80 lbs Feb 2020 - 420 lbs - starting again - 200 lbs to go This time is it..... never been much for sharing, but maybe it’ll help 🤓 Going on 50, married with 2 kids, lifelong struggle with getting off the #s - so before I hit 50 I’ll be in better shape than I was the last 25 years!!!

Plan A - Loose 200 lbs in 600 days through low carb, food tracking, exercise - and keep it off Plan B - keep off whatever I lose And......no soft drinks, no Red Bull (I’ll miss you...), no fast food and no pizza, or any other food delivery in 2020
