This is MY life.
From June 2010 to August 2011, I lost 75 pounds. I have successfully maintained my weight loss since then.
I am currently focusing on maintaining balance in all areas of my life. I am learning to embed the healthy choices into my life so thoroughly that I don't even notice doing them anymore. I have established healthy habits.
I keep up an active lifestyle and make sure I eat healthy foods.

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
1) Run a sub 30 minute 5k in June 2013
2) Run a 10k in 2013
3) Stay within a +/- 3 pound range of goal
4) Walk/run 10+ miles per week.
5) Slowly reduce caffeine intake to nil by May.
My Program:
-Exercise 3x per week, at least 30 minutes each
-Take long walks anytime the weather is nice.
-Eat fruit and veggies when hungry
-Plan balanced meals
-Track ALL food anytime weight creeps beyond 3 pounds over goal
-Splurge occasionally, but make sure to get back on track!
Personal Information:
I teach 8th grade history and English.
I have 2 cats.
My husband is amazing and supportive.
Other Information:
I relax by working out, reading, and taking long baths.
