I just had the pleasure of visiting your page and read some of your blogs which are so very inspiring. You are fighting many health issues plus something going on at your "job" and yet you have such an awesome attitude. Keep smiling my Canadian friend.

Wishing you a good month of November, Bev! Keep staying safe and bundle up and hunker down!!
I hope y’alls numbers stay low. As you know, we are dealing with two problems here in US....the virus and the idiots who keep NOT doing the right thing.

    Hang in there.

I was only thinking of my area in my blog. TN is hot and my county is hot and my zip code is the hottest. No judgements were being passed. I’m glad your numbers are low.

I’ve dropped in to learn a little about you. I enjoyed your Coffee blog. I see that you have IC. I also have IC. I was diagnosed in 2013. My last bad flare was in January that had me bedridden for 3 weeks, but otherwise, I am doing okay. I just deal with the “usual“ pain and urgency every single day.
How are you managing? Does the coffee affect your IC? I’m so glad that diet doesn’t seem to affect me too much.
I hope you are doing well.

PS. I saw your status update about water. How does it affect your IC? I can’t drink a lot of water or it throws me into a flare. The Dr told me to just drink when thirsty and to not attempt to drink 64 oz a day. Interesting huh?
