My Goals:
To get my blood pressure, cholesterol, liver and thyroid numbers in a good range.

My Program:
 Going to have to focus on foods that lower bp.


Personal Information:
Wife, mother of two grown children, and pet owner of two dogs (one we were given by our son in law when he dind't want it, the other was a stray), a cat (who needed a home-was found by a friend), and a ball python (also from the son-in-law- the pets are all great!).
