I'm a over weight mid 20's Mom and wife... every day I think about my weight about my body about the food I eat or don't eat...I don't know how or were to find a balance between saying to hell with it all or obsesing over every single calorie. To wich both lead to tears and frustration. Can a balance even be found? Most days I think not...

My Goals:
Well my imidate goals are to learn to love exersise! I want my son to grow up in an active home. While we are in Europe we will be having a huge post wedding celebration for me and my husband, and my brother and sister in law. Which means another wedding dress. I want to set a healthy attainable goal so that is the 160. But by the end of the year I want to be back to a solid 150 or lower.

My Program:
My suggested cals are between 1550 and 1200. So I'm trying to stick between that. I'm learning where the most weight loss accurs for me, at the 1550 mark or the 1200 mark. I'm trying so hard to drink my 8 glasses of water. I get cardio in 4-5 times a week and strength train 3 times a week. I also strive to get a mile or so walk in daily with my son.



Personal Information:
I was born and raised in WY, attended college in MT. Moved to UT to be with my boyfriend now husband. Moved to CA in Sept of 06 and am in the process of moving to OR in April of 07.


Other Information:
Once upon a time I felt sexy, I felt beautiful, I felt strong, I felt confidant. I swear that will not be just a memory. Once upon a time I was happy, I laughed, I laughed a lot, I made others laugh, I had friends, I had a lot of friends. I promise I will work each day to find that person I let get lost in translation.

    I hope things are going well for you! You are DEFINITELY better than a bag of chips and guac! :) I have some signs around my house with pictures and at the top it was "Would you rather...". The first column is bad pictures, such as fat weird looking people that actually post their pictures online, or something else negative. Then the second column is the positive, exciting version.... I have one picture if this fat lady with a gun, and the partner to that picture is a picture of Angeline and Brad with guns. One picture is Fiona as an ogre, and it's counterpart is Tyra Banks, or then there's one of a couch potatoe/slob, with a picture of a peaceful, beautiful running scene. I've got different ones around my house... one definitely on the fridge. I tell myself that not being healthy will result in te first column... and look what I'd be missing out on! I hope this can help you in some way!

    Hi! Thank you for the comment...you were the only one!! Anyway, I'm glad to heve "met" you. It's sounds like you have hit a few rough spots in life, but you seem to know how to get a hold of it. That's great! What do you find yourself battling the most? I have a hard time with sweets. I LOVE chocolate. I just have to learn how to do it in moderation. So far so good, but I have my days. :) I love your "other information" section...that is so how I feel. It's like I'm a different person. How can weight do that to someone?! It's just appearance right?! I have been doing well with my workouts, but I wish I could get to a gym because I find myself getting bored with my videos. For now that's just what I'm going to have to stick with though. I'm not feeling well today, I think I'm getting a sinus infection. :( I'm going to go take a bath and relax while my little one takes a nap! Take care, and thank you for the support!
