 Walk, Walk, Walk

Stay focused...but not on the scale


Personal Information:
I'm single, widowed, mom of two adults...."Mimi" to three grandchildren. :-) I live in Kingston, Mass. .. I love to be outdoors, kayak, hike and walk the Cape Cod Canal

Other Information:
 I tend to do what others want. I don't always listen to the inner self and do what I REALLY want to do. That's a point that is a "Work in Progress". I guess the first step is to recognize the problem, and acknowledge it.....and then CHANGE IT....
