I m Gail from Seattle Washington. My fitness level has gone downhill since the lockdown started months ago, and I am determined to get back on track. I have joined a few challenges and want to commit to participate and hold myself accountable to working toward goals I set out for myself.
I ran my first marathon at age 49 and developed a love of running. Hopefully my fitness levels will improve with the help of all my new friends and have fun along the way.

Before the Covid lockdown, I was a consistent runner training for a few half marathons over the year. My incentive took a downturn with all races cancelled and I want to ramp up my training new races when they return.
