Introduction Text Every year since I joined Spark People. I have changed my page. This year has been difficult enough due to my health issues. Well no more. I am going to live my life One Day at a Time. Let the chips fall where they may. I am getting back on the weight loss wagon. I am watching my salt, claories and carbs. I have set a goal to lose 5lb between now and the end of May. I CAN DO IT!

Eat Healthier and lose the weight.

I am watching my caloric intake and exercising every day. I strength train one day and cardio on opposite days. I have started drinking 9-10 glasses of water per day. I haven't had a soda in two weeks not even an ice tea.

Having a negative attitude is like standing in a dark room. Look to the postive. Find how things change around you. Like bringing a light into that dark room.
