My Goals:
Main goal is to loose 60 to 70 pounds to improve my overall health. I want to feel better and live longer. I want to be around for my grandchildren.
My Program:
Keeping a food journal helps keep me honest about what I eat. Increase water intake and actually take a 10 minute walk. by keeping journals you are more aware of what you are not doing if you are completely honest with yourself.
