My name is Tammy..I'm 27 years old and I started (01/18/08) @ 206 lbs ...got down to 168 by June 2008,,,maintained till I had a baby fall of 2011 and got up to 247. I'm at this journey again, but its not easy, my body isn't the same as it was pre-baby. I can't wait to lose this weight. My goal is to reach 150 lbs or atleast 170 (pre-baby weight) I want to feel good about my self but ultimately, i'd just like to be thin for once in my life and healthy/ fit. I eat 1200-1300 calories a day or low-carb and work out 3-4x a week (cardio and strength training). Regardless, each way I only lose about 1 lb a week.

My Goals:
To lose this damn weight! I want to look and feel good! I don't want to waste the best years of my life being over weight and embarrassed of how I look. I want to wear tank tops and shorts in the summer! I want to wear a swim suit at the lake! I'm going to push myself when I want to be lazy, I'm going to second guess every bad food decision before I do it. Im going to make my self accountable this year and im going to persevere. I have to change. If YOU always do, what YOU'VE always done, then YOU'LL always get, what YOU'VE always gotten!

My Program:
Eating between 1200-1500 CAL A DAY...Cardio at least twice a week.

Goals: ( lose 40 lbs by July 1st)

02/01/2015 - 215 lbs - Met 01/25/2015
03/01/2015 - 205 lbs - not met 208:(
04/01/2015 - 200 lbs - not met 204 =(
05/01/2015- 195 lbs - not met, 201 lbs
06/01/2015 - 195 lbs - not met 198.8 =(

My name is Tammy im from sunny so cal. Im 27 years old. My goal is to get back down to my pre baby weight, 175 lbs @ im 5'4 . Stop being lazy and feel better about my self. I also have FMS which has made this recent journey very difficult.
