About Me
My Lifestyle changes/programs are;
Modified versions of The Maker's Diet and Atkins along with increased exercising.
My high weight was 741 pounds and my current weight is 555.
I have struggled with my weight (Yo-Yo'd) as far back as I can remember. I was a very big kid, in kindergarten at age 5, I was already 5'2" and tipped the scales at a WHOPPING 102#.

About Me
My Lifestyle changes/programs are;
Modified versions of The Maker's Diet and Atkins along with increased exercising.
My high weight was 741 pounds and my current weight is 555.
I have struggled with my weight (Yo-Yo'd) as far back as I can remember. I was a very big kid, in kindergarten at age 5, I was already 5'2" and tipped the scales at a WHOPPING 102#.
By the time I was in 9th grade I was 6'1" and over 350+ pounds. My weight Yo-Yo'd as I was in Football, Wrestling and Track. Since I have been 18 years old my lowest weight was 203# while in the U.S. Navy, however, my weight ballooned back up to 315# by the time my 4-year hitch was up. Since that time I have yo-yo'd several times.
Since the Navy, my high weight was 741# and my current weight is 555#. I am a emotional and bored eater. I love to workout in a pool, and when my weight gets to within their weight capacity/ limits on a total-gym, with weight machines, bikes and treadmills I'll add those to my exercise plans. So at this point and at this weight its very difficult but it has to be done. And so the journey begins...

My Goals:
My high weight was 741# and I'd like to get to a goal weight of 220#. I will do this by:
Learning how to prepare and eat Healthier Meals
Exercising 3-5 times per week and daily from a minimum of 30 mins to as much as 2-6 hours if I'm swimming, jogging or biking longer distances.
Learning, Help and support from my family, friends and others I haven't met yet.
Helping others to achieve their goals to lose weight and become healthier.
Continue PAYING IT FORWARD Everyday

*** Little Goals to Achieve:
To get off couch without rocking to do it!
Able to fit better in my truck & without gasping for breath.
Not have to worry about chairs with arms & whether I'll fit or being sturdy enough to hold my weight.
walking a mile w/o ankles and/or knees cracking & without gasping for breath.
Liking my images in photographs.
Feeling good wearing clothes that fit comfortably.
My Program:
My Lifestyle changes/programs are;
Modified versions of The Maker's Diet and Atkins along with increased exercising.
Exercise:
Pool, Resistance Bands and Walking. I will do this until my weight comes down to the point where I can fit on varies exercise equipment, such as a total gym, bikes, treadmills, Rowing, and Ellipticals.
