    Thanks for adding me as a friend! I lost 35 pounds this year by eating more. Your body will only use about 400 calories per meal. More than that and you store it as fat. Eat 5 small meals a day and you'll lose. Pay attention to your nutrition and you won't be hungry but drink the calories or eat too much junk and you'll crash and binge. I paid a nutritionist big bucks for that info when I was trying to find out why I ate 2 meals a day, fewer than 1400 calories and still weighed 250. She said my body thought it was starving because I fed it irregularly and was keeping all the fat it could. She was right.think about this...
