My youngest daughter is now 5 months old and I'm ready to focus on myself again. I want to get back to the "old me" who was more energetic, healthy, and spontaneous. No more excuses, let's do this already!

    Welcome to the SP Jan 8-14 Class AND the Mind Over Body team! I'm working on getting the second team up and running, so it's a little slow at the moment. Once things get into a groove on the Spark Class, I can spend some more time working on the Mind over Body team.
