I am doing okay. I have gain a lot of my weight back but I am trying to exercise more. Started to go back to the gym 3-4 days a week. This is the best I can do, however, I need to start doing some exercise at home as well. Thanks for asking! 2169 days ago

I am glad you are back. Surly makes some great bikes and I like their attitude. However, I selected a 907 fat bike. The Pugsley was a nice bike but the 907 was more in tune with the way I ride.
I really like the old-school Surly bikes. My son bought a steel Trek Earl single speed. The Earl feels nice. There is a little "spring" in the steel that is not there with aluminum or carbon.
The Pugs springy steel frame was a detractor for me. The fat tires are bouncy. The Pugsley had a boingy-boingy feel. Some riders really like the bounce of the Surly fat bikes.
The 907 fat bike has a hydroformed heat-treated 7005 triple-butted frame that is rock hard. The 907 is not as comfy as the Pugs. But the 907 was a lot faster and more responsive. The 907 rocked!
For long-distance touring the LHT is a great choice. I can imagine the Surly frame is nice for long rides.
