My Goals:
Fit back into some of my favorite clothes! Given up on that and bought other clothes mostly second hand.

My Program:
 Better food choices. My various disabilities, extra weight cost and age restrict a lot of my life but I do try to keep socially active. I hope to do least once a week soon.

    How are you? Taking good care of your health?

    I just made myself a mocha! I went shopping today with friends to Hobby Lobby. My back hurt like heck. My face was all sweaty underneath my mask. I needed a cool drink. They bought 2 buggies of craft supplies. I bought a bottle of essential oil and that was it! I need a mocha to rejuvenate me!

    How fun for your grandson! Puppets are wonderful!

    Big Bird, Carol Spinny; Jim Henson; Frank OZ were all friends of our family, before Sesame street. I was offered a job to work with them in 1968, as they were getting Sesame street together, but I wanted to stay in the west coast (not NY) & to continue to work in our marionette theater. I am so happy the world has Sesame Street & all the movies Brian Henson (son) was doing before he passed over. Puppetry is so special to the world! Marionettes are my passion, they have strings. Can't wait for photos! emoticon

    Hiya , I love your jewelry, especially the beaded flower. I like working with wire as well . Recently I made my Grandson a leather surf bracelet with stainless and chrome findings and beads . My Grandaughter got a wirewrap charm bracelet last year , that was fun !
