To be healthy and fit
To be able to walk without pain
to get rid of all the meds I have to take for pain
to make be able to manage the arthritis pain and move easier.

My Program:
 I am taking a positive look at all the things around me and changing the things that need to be changes.

My name is Tracy Jackson. I am the single mother of 2 beautiful young ladies. My girls are Amber, 27 years old and Jamie 19 years old(my trainer). We are from Fort Worth, but we live on the west side near the military base
