My goal is to live my life joyfully while at a healthy weight.

My goal is to end the weight struggle once and for all.





My Program:
 I count calories and use my Fitbit to help me stay active. I also try to log into Sparkpeople daily: I always find new information, inspiration, and ideas to keep me working toward my goals! I enjoy SparkCoach.


Personal Information:
My husband and I have traveled to Asia twice and to Russia in 2011, China in 2012, Peru and Europe in 2013. In 2014 we went to India and Nepal and hiked in the foothills of the Himalayas. 2015 was to the Canadian Rockies and Alaska. WE LOVE TO TRAVEL!
