My Goals:
I want to get healthy and want to feel good in my own skin, able to move comfortably.

My Program:
 I am tracking my food and fitness and seeing a difference!


Personal Information:
I am 49 year-old mother of three: a 25-year-old, a 10 year old (grand-daughter I adopted) and her daddy, my forever 21 year old son that I lost almost 10 years ago. I've also raised my now 19 year old niece who I adore like my own. I've learned that every person has burdens, and that everyone's burdens are simply different. I've learned that I need to love life despite the burdens in mine!
