Introduction Text I want my weight to be in a healthy range and keep it there. I want to be accountable for what I eat and adapt a healthy lifestyle. I love the support of all of you and I want to stay grounded and motivated.

To always eat healthy, no more yo-yo dieting. Count points and eat the foods with optimun nutrition.

Weight Watchers is the only thing that has ever really worked for me in the past so I will always count points. The only way it will work is to be totally honest with myself and count everything I put in my mouth.

I have lived in Arizona for about 35 years but my heart till belongs to the Midwest. Born in Chicago, raised in Wisconsin, I still love it back there because of the people and attitude but love the winters out here in the warmth. Married 22 years and am madly in love with my wonderful husband. No kids or grandkids, no ties here, just waiting for his retirement in 3 years so we can get out and do our thing!

I am on my second round of Breast Cancer and will continue to fight it any way I can. A positive attitude is so important and I will never give up! On chemo again now and am so thankful I have another chance to fight this and it makes me feel empowered and stronger than I ever thought possible!
