I'm not really that sad anymore, just thought that pic was cute and appropriate.
I quit smoking in December of 2006 and immediately gained 30 more pounds. I would still encourage anyone with MS to quit smoking because smoking has been found to be strongly linked to MS progression. I would encourage anyone to quit smoking just because it's really bad for you, but especially MS patients who want to keep from needing to be in a wheelchair.

I want to lose 70 or 80 pounds. I think that this will help me in a lot of health related areas, including helping me to sleep better and taking some pressure off of my messed up knees. I'm also hoping that it will help improve my MS situation.
