Introduction Text Hello, everyone, I am married with four grown children. I have a grandson and two granddaughters. Some of the things I am thankful for: *one excellent husband *four well-adjusted children *two precious daughters-in-law... Yay!!! *a grandson who we think is GREAT! *two fantastic granddaughters *an easy-going and very like-able son-in-law *a dear father * a sweet mother-in-law *five sisters, all beautiful and talented, of course *not to mention a delightful sister-in-law *lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews *a devoted church family *and tons of friends..... * we also have two more grandchildren due this fall!!!!!!! That is just a start, because when I look around me I see a wonder-filled world that God has made. The vastness is just awesome to me. Please, leave a note about the things you are thankful for.

Re-thinking this

1. I will journal everything that I eat. 2, I will exercise a minimum of 1 hr. a day, and will add strength exercises at least 3 days a week. 3. I will drink at least 8 cups of water a day. 4. I will remain open to give and get encouragement from my friends. 5. I will thank God every day for all that is going on in my life.

I like to have fun and I am learning that self-discipline increases my ability to enjoy life.
