Ok so I walked even though still not feeling well. Only half a mile but I guess it's better than nothing. I've got to find a different exercise. I don't like walking. Never have. Oh Lord help me.

Thank you for reading my blog. My weight fluctuates as well- even 5 pounds back and forth at times. To help myself I took measures, a month ago so I have two forms of measurements. I only weigh myself on Saturday mornings- no other day. I measure on the last day of the month. My body does fluctuate less, but I SEE it less. When my pounds rebound, if I am working hard I usually see a decrease in inches. Such a head game!
