I am a young mother and have struggled with my weight my entire life. After the birth of my daughter, it got a lot worse. She is almost a year old, and it is time for change. I want to be healthier for her and my family.
I would love to get down to my target weight (145lbs). I have not been this weight since I was a freshman in high school. I don't remember what it feels like to be this thin (although I hear it's wonderful).
I want to get excited about clothes ...

I want to get excited about clothes shopping. I want to look nice in clothes and find clothes that fit me well. Right now it is such a struggle to fit into anything.
My husband and I are trying for our second child, and of course I want to be more healthy for my future pregnancy.
I have started a C25K running program. I hope to turn into a runner. I also have done P90x, which I love, but I am not ready to give it 100% yet.
So far, watching my calories, running 3x a week, and keeping up with my daughter and SparkFriends is keeping me busy.

10/29 - 190
11/5 - 187.5
11/12 - 185lbs
Run: 3x a week for 3 weeks.
Reward: Shopping trip to Kohl's for new running clothes. : )
Future: I will set when I get there. Baby Steps!

I track my calories every day thanks to SparkPeople! Stay within range at least 5x a week.
I started a C25K program on 10/24. I run/walk 3x a week.
As I get better managing my time, I hope to add in something else. Has anyone tried Zumba?
