B. Lower cholesterol
C. Reduce acid reflux
D. Shrink waist size
E. Decrease % body fat
2. Reduce stress
A. Exercise with more intensity
B. Add muscle (being flabby is stressful!)
C. Breathe!
My Program:
1. Walk every day
2. Cardio 3X per week
3. ST 3X per week
4. Reduce sweets in diet
5. Eat more veggies
