Introduction Text Well starting January 11th, 2010 I decided this was the year that I turn my weight around. I've been up and down but getting closer and closer to the 200 pound mark and enough is enough. I lost 20 pounds in 2010 towards my 50 pound goal... and in 2011 I gained it back........ I hoped to renew my efforts in 2012 and get back but it just didn't happen.... I haven't given up trying to reach my goals.. so here's to progress in 2020!

I actually started January 11th, 2010 and I lost 20 pounds but I've gained it back. I want to lose 50 to get to my goal of 140. I feel this is a weight I'd be comfortable with and could live with. I've worked with other plans online but I'm looking for what works best for me to help me reach my goals.

I've already adjusted my diet and eat 1550 calories a day. I already exercise and try to burn 2200 calories a day. I have gym equipment at home. I have a Tony Little gazelle, wii fit plus system, resistance bands and a portable eliptical trainer. My favorite exercise is walking and I love taking my dogs for walks. I have a ProForm treadmill that I use when the weather doesn't let me walk outside. I haven't really been faithful with my eating and workouts and need to step up my game!

I live in South cental PA with my 2 boys one a mixed breed wirehaired terriers about 2--3 years old and one a yorkie-poo they came from rescues and I adopted a yorkie girl recently adopted after I recently lost my 2 Yorkie girls Emily and Tootsie ... so now I have Scruffy, Mr. Peanut and Isabella .. My heart is heavy from their loss and I still miss Emily and Tootsie so much it's been devastating for me ...thankfully I have Isabella to help my heart heal .. I retired May 1st after a 37 year career I really enjoy my new freedom! I own my own home that requires I do lots of home maintenance and lawn care myself.

I love TV and movies. I've got my Proform treadmill in my living room now too! I'm was a board member of my local animal shelter and help with their adoption and fund raising events but I resigned this year. New Year New Rules. I also used to foster and work with a Yorkie Rescue. I have lower back and neck issues I receive treatment for high blood pressure. I have a bad left knee that sometimes just collapses.
