My goal is simple:
Stay healthy by eating right and exercising.

My Program:
 ~Take advantage of the recipes, and calorie counter on spark
~Yoga and palates for strength and mental wellbeing
~Cardio to handle stress

Hi, I'm Alayna! I live in Michigan I love the seasons here but could live with a shorter winter.
For everyone freaking out that my goal is 85 pounds, no worries I'm under 5 feet tall and it's a healthy BMI for me. My goal is to stay between 85 nd 90 but do it in a healthy way.
