hmm sounds good. Yeah I am not that determined and my weight loss routine is 80% mental...So i have to keep myself motivated and remind myself that I need time, it takes time..and I cannot diet..I did it once and Dont have the same determination now... Hope to see some changes in a month hopefully..thats Why i dnt want to do weigh ins weekly or daily coz i know i will go off track..
Just remember nothing happens in a day so slowly u will get there...well as for smoothies, u can always try similar foods to banana..Like avocado and jackfruit make gud smoothies..
And u can always have corn flakes or bread instead of oatmeal for breakfast...or there is this something called cracked wheat. U will get in whole foods or indian stores. U can always cook this and eat it with a little yoghurt and salt...
and as far as protein is concerned, if u feel u r not having enough, try getting some whey protein powder and having it with water or juice..work s fine too...Thats what my bf used to have before...he doesnt eat much either..
take rest and once u feel all refreshed u can start ur routine..slow and steady..i always jump off the wagon before i see results.It takes time to lose some weight which we didnt put on over night either..so lets do this...
We can and let me know if i cud help u with any recipes or somethign..As i am living alone, I expt with lots of stuff and also in indian food we have lot of substitutes..
oh and also maybe u cud try some dry lentils ( we make tat a lot at home) and make soups with veggies and eat it with rice or bread..tastes gud:)...
Take rest today and start form Monday...I was just reading an article about AM exercise and its benefits..I usually try to work out at 6am...evenings I need some motivation...But thinking of working out twice a day...evenings I go for a wlak with a friend....shud start running too..
I am going to India in december after 3 years..when I went back for the first time Iw eighed 165lbs...and everyone was shocked...so now I want to shock them in a gud way....lol..so I have 6months for that...
Yeah I did..I slept 12 hours through!! plan to hit the gym from monday again...woohoo...I need to really lose this weight....I am tired of being the fat girl of the group..Time to pass on the torch!!lol 4254 days ago
