BARBIEE52 MAKING A DIFFERENCE One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a figure in the distance. As he got closer, he realized the figure was that of a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean.
Approaching the boy, he asked "What are you doing ?". The boy replied "throwing a starfish into the ocean. The sun is up and the tide is going down. If I don't throw them back, they'll die".
"Son" the man said "don't you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can't possibly make a difference?"

Spend "time" just by yourself to reflect, read, or even take a "nap". Plant some flowers, give a flower, smell the flowers Fly a kite, follow a butterfly, feed the ducks, Wash the car, swing on a swing, walk in the rain, dance in the rain, smell the rain, enjoy a thunderstorm, splash & play in the puddles, lay in the grass, climb a tree, take a walk, ride a bike, wear your flip-flops, have a picnic, go to the park, blow bubbles, go fishing, make a bird house, blow dandelion seeds, play croquet, throw a Frisbee, have an egg hunt, visit the Easter bunny, draw with sidewalk chalk, make sun tea, take pictures.

It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
