I ate healthy, no sugar, lots of water, but rather than looking at the maximum I could eat, I concentrated on low impact exercise, walking with my wife in shopping trips. After going through two weeks of plateau, I ate 1,000 calories more than my typical 1,500 calories a day. By adding exercise and moderate food, I lost 6 lbs. in one day. I am sure that a lot of it was water but it broke the plateau.See this image largerI tried something a little bit different these last two days.
