great new weight loss plan. I call it "storm-fit". First cut up and drag debris across yard all day. (Compliments of Irma) then Take ice cold shower in the evening (because we have no power.) shivering Burns lots of calories. then lay in dark hot house all night sweating (because you have no power.) Repeat daily. I have lost 7 lb in less than 3 days. See their is good in everything if you look hard enough :-)

Had a awesome 5 mi walk on the beach today
Had my dog tazzie to the vet this morning to get her nails trimmed and found out she's put on 6 pounds in the last 4 months. Looks like I have to get her hooked up with SparkPeople too
I think my dog is mad at me and won't get out of my truck because I wouldn't stop at McDonald's and get her her Friday morning Egg McMuffin. Monday when I took her to get her pet-a-cure the Vet said she has 6 lb she needs to lose. Lol.
Good thing he was going away because I didn't really feel up to running today. Lol

Poor girl, so sad. She wants to go walk with me so bad but is incapable anymore. She's good for about 20 or 30 ft and then she's got to stop and rest. Breaks my heart

Took tazzie for a walk at the park today. We made it a few steps and then she met a young male dog and they sniffed and then she strutted away like she was a young pup again. As soon as we got back in the truck she was sound asleep. I'm pretty sure she had a smile on her face. LOL. Priceless!!
