35 min early morning power walking, Day 1 Cardio Bootcamp again, and replaced 10 min Lean Legs video with Chloe Ting's 15 min Full Body No Jumping Workout To Burn Fat | Burn Thigh Fat Low Impact Cardio (wanted the workout w/out being on the floor!).
Those 113 calories felt like it should have been much more, lol!
