The scale is finally going down and I am excited about it. Of course, if I don't focus on further movement it will rise again.
May 2 I weighed in close to 200 pounds. I decided to get focused even more after I realized that my old habits were creeping up again. I did not want to gain the weight bacck again so I decided to reset and keep my head In the game.
This is my body and I love it. I am happy with my progress and am excited about change.
Do Not Conform
Going to try this again... Seems everytime I try and add a photo the app closes. Got out yesterday for a walk with my son and granddaughter. We have selfie contests, try to out fly the birds, and pretend we are the leaves on the trees as they blow in the wind. The best part of the walk is being with them.
